We are delighted to share that TLB Editor Zach Clopton has been named the interim dean of Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. In light of his new responsibilities, Zach will be stepping away from his editorial duties at TLB.
We have pasted below some of his “greatest hits” to highlight the breadth and depth of his contributions to the blog over the years:
- Colorado Supreme Court Blesses Climate Case
- Section 1782 and the Unified Patent Court
- Halkbank and the “Unitary” Executive
- Interlocutory Appeals and State Sponsors of Terrorism
- Successor Jurisdiction and Anti-Terrorism Litigation
- The Perils of Rule 44.1
- MDL-ing Transnational Litigation
- Mallory, Consent, and Political Economy
- Climate Change Decision Points to the World’s Courts
While we will miss him, we wish Zach all the best in his new leadership role.
