Judge Russell D. Pulver (Ret.) is an international arbitrator and mediator and retired U.S. Administrative Law Judge. He has extensive experience adjudicating administrative and regulatory labor and employment matters, including whistleblower cases, and previously practiced as a trial attorney in maritime, aviation, products liability, and insurance coverage litigation. His practice focuses on international arbitration and mediation, including energy disputes, complex damages and quantum analysis, insurance coverage, and cross-border commercial matters. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the London Court of International Arbitration.
