Andrew J. Coyner is a third-year student at Vanderbilt Law School and works as a research assistant to Professor Ingrid Brunk. He is an Authorities Editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law and is an active member of the International Law Society.

Andrew graduated cum laude from Davidson College with a B.A. with honors in Political Science. While there, he wrote an honors thesis on the causes behind the decline in the number of wars of conquest between 1945 and 2020. Prior to law school, he worked for the Institute for the Study of War on their technology team.
