Zachary R. Orr is a third-year student at Vanderbilt Law School. He is the 2023-2024 Editor in Chief of the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law and is an active member of the International Law Society and Law Students for Veterans Affairs at VLS. Zachary graduated summa cum laude from Wake Forest University with a B.A. in English. Prior to law school, he served as a U.S. Army Field Artillery Officer, and after graduating VLS, he will continue service as a U.S. Army Judge Advocate.
