Timothy D. Lytton is a Regents’ Professor and Professor of Law at Georgia State University College of Law. He is the editor of Suing the Gun Industry: A Battle at the Crossroads of Gun Control and Mass Torts (2005), and the author of many of articles on firearms industry litigation, including The Contours of Gun Industry Immunity: Separation of Powers, Federalism, and the Second Amendment, 75 Florida L. Rev. 833 (2023) (with Hillel Y. Levin). He is an elected member of the American Law Institute.
