Kelly Adams

Kelly Adams is a Legal Advisor at the Global Justice Center. Her practice focuses on U.S. where she primarily engages in research, writing, and advocacy related to the draft articles for a Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Crimes Against Humanity. Prior to her work at GJC, she worked at an international law firm based in New York City.
Kelly is also the author of multiple law review articles, including an article discussing the origins and limitations of the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court. Kelly holds a J.D. from Washington University School of Law with certificates in International and Comparative Law and Public Interest Law, and a Master of Professional Studies in Intelligence from Georgetown University. She also placed as a semi-finalist in the U.S. national Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court competition and served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Washington University Global Studies Law Review.
