Jackson Myers is an attorney at MoloLamken LLP, where he represents clients in a wide range of high-stakes matters at every level of the federal judiciary.  He regularly represents clients in matters related to the recognition of arbitral awards, the enforcement and execution of judgments, and cross-border discovery under 28 U.S.C. §1782.  Before joining MoloLamken, Jackson clerked for Judge Dennis Jacobs of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Judge John D. Bates of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

Supreme Court Says Helms-Burton Abrogates Foreign Sovereign Immunity

In Exxon Mobil Corp v. Corporación CIMEX, S.A.
