Duncan Pickard is anĀ associate in the Public International Law and International Dispute Resolution Groups of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, where he represents States, international organizations, companies, and individuals in a range of international matters. Before joining Debevoise, he clerked at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague. Duncan holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School and an M.P.P. from the Harvard Kennedy School. He is a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations and Vice-Chair of the American Society of International Lawās International Organizations Interest Group.
