Haley is a PhD student in Jurisprudence and Social Policy at UC Berkeley and a postgraduate fellow at Just Security. She holds a JD from NYU, where she was a managing editor of the N.Y.U. Law Review, scholar at the Institute of International Law and Justice, co-president of the International Law Society, and recipient of the John Bruce Moore Award for excellence in law and philosophy. After receiving her JD, she worked for the Permanent Mission of Mozambique to the United Nations in Geneva, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer US LLP, and Oxford University Press, among others.
