William K. McGoughran is a second-year student at Vanderbilt Law School. He is the 2024-2025 Editor in Chief of the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law and is President of the International Law Society at VLS. William graduated summa cum laude from Anna Maria College with a B.A. in Law and Society. Prior to law school, he worked as a paralegal for Pabian Law, an immigration law firm in Boston, MA. William has interned at Guernica 37, a barrister’s chamber in London, UK, that focuses on international human rights and will intern this summer with the Department of Homeland Security’s Human Rights Violator and War Crimes Center.
