Brett Lingguang Wang is a Counsel at Beijing Dacheng Law Offices, LLP (Guangzhou) and a Visiting Scholar at UC Berkeley. He focuses on Privacy and Cybersecurity, Competition Law, and Administrative Law. He is also a research fellow at the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Rule of Law Research Center at Guangzhou University, Director of the Guangdong Law Society Administrative Law Research Society, and a Mediator of Guangzhou Administrative Dispute Mediation Center of Guangzhou Railway Intermediate Court.
