Vivek Krishnamurthy is an Associate Professor of Law and Director of the Samuelson-Glushko Technology Law and Policy Clinic (TLPC) at the University of Colorado Law School. Working at the intersection of law, technology, and human rights, Vivek’s teaching, scholarship, and clinical practice address how emerging technologies are governed at both the domestic and international levels. Vivek was previously the Samuelson-Glushko Professor of Law at the University of Ottawa and Director of CIPPIC-the Samuelson-Glushko Canadian Internet Policy and Public Interest Clinic. Vivek is a graduate of the University of Toronto, Yale Law School, and the University of Oxford, where he was a Rhodes Scholar. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Global Network Initiative and is a Faculty Associate of the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University.
