Harry Flechtner

Harry Flechtner is Professor of Law at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He is a graduate of Harvard College, and received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, and an M.A. in literature from Harvard University. For more than 10 years he was a National Correspondent to UNCITRAL for the United States, and was one of experts who helped draft and revise the UNCITRAL Digest of Case Law on the United Nations Convention on the International Sales of Goods. He is the editor of the fourth edition of John Honnold’s treatise, Uniform Law for International Sales, and is a co-author of the fifth edition. He is the co-author, with John E. Murray, Jr., of multiple editions of Sales, Leases and Electronic Commerce: Problems and Materials on National and International Transactions.
